Structural features
Heavy-duty plate feeder is used under the silo to discharge large pieces of ore and feed them evenly to the crusher. It is widely used in cement, building materials, metallurgy, mining and other industries.
●High structural strength and patented vibration suppression technology. Able to sustain the pressure from
the material bin and the impact load from big boulders being discharged into the bin;
●The durable grooved plates are driven by pulling chains, which are wear-resistant and lubricant-free;
●The sliding way under the grooved plates is made from self-lubricating material, which is easy to use and
operates reliably;
● The planetary gearbox attached to the driving is connected to a shaft and driven by variable frequency
motor, enabling the feeding capacity to be adjusted within a wide range, thus matching the requirements
of the crusher;
●Feeder length is determined by actual requirements, with maximum inclination up to 25 degrees.
